Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel like a real Hottie in your gear, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for the return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the package reaches our warehouse.
